These guidelines cover Faro Studio's public agency website and customer inquiries. They do not replace a separately agreed service contract. Questions: team@tradesuite.org.
Using the website
Use the website for legitimate inquiries. Do not submit unlawful material, impersonate someone, misuse payment links or attempt to access another person's private records. Only share material you are authorized to provide.
Services and agreements
Sending an inquiry is not a purchase or signature. Final scope, prices, timelines and responsibilities must be agreed separately. Website and photography services are separate unless expressly included together in the agreed scope. Website concepts are not endorsements by a business shown in a concept.
Faro Studio does not promise search rankings, a particular number of customers or guaranteed business results through these pages.
Invoices and payments
Review the invoice and applicable agreements before paying. Where enabled, online checkout is hosted by Stripe. An unpaid invoice or payment-link email alone does not establish receipt of payment. A test invoice or sandbox link is not a request for real payment.
Payment schedules, recurring billing permissions, cancellations, refunds, edits, ownership and photo usage rights belong in the applicable agreed service documents and remain subject to applicable law. These website guidelines do not introduce an automatic renewal, extra fee, refund restriction, arbitration requirement or waiver of legal rights.
Content and photography
Rights to use, publish, transfer or resell content and photographs must be addressed in the applicable agreement. An inquiry or uploaded file is not by itself permission for public portfolio use or a model or property release.
Privacy
Read the Privacy policy for information practices and contact choices. Each client's own website may need different notices based on that business, its forms and its services; Faro Studio's agency policy does not automatically cover client websites.
